Some mysteries aren't

(10 Dec. 2011)

I found out that Harry Morgan--best known for the role of Colonel Potter in the TV show 'M*A*S*H'--died a few days ago. He was already getting up in years when he played Colonel Potter and was 96 when he died, but it was still pretty sad. M*A*S*H was a staple in the house when I was growing up and one of the few things my parents and I enjoyed together. Well, at least he had a good run, didn't he?

Then the article I read ended with probably the most redundant statement I've ever read in my life: "No confirmed cause of death has yet been released."

Cause of death? Really?

How about this one--HE DIED BECAUSE HE WAS NINETY-SIX!
